Calls are charged at the normal geographic rate. Our phone is in our shop and only staffed when the shop is open (Normally 9.30am-5pm Monday - Saturday).

Ordering and Delivery:

We only deliver within the UK . We aim to dispatch all items within two working days of your order and use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hr for most deliveries. If your order is urgent, please contact us. Our Standard charge for delivery is £2.95 If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can only give you a full refund (including postage charges) if the goods have not already been sent.

When you receive your items please check them and let us know about any damage during transit by 5pm next working day.

Returns:

You are responsible for goods from the time that they have been delivered to you. Please keep your receipt and leave labels and hygiene seals on items until you are certain you wish to keep them. Please let us know within 30 days if you wish to return an item. We will happily accept returns and refund you the cost of the goods if you change your mind (this may not apply to customised goods, items with hygiene seals broken or goods that are damaged or worn). You will be responsible for the cost of postage. If an item is faulty or we have sent it in error please contact us before returning, we will refund you in full including postage by our chosen service.

Descriptions, Prices and Availability:

We make our product descriptions and photographs as representative as possible, as our items are handmade there will be small variations from piece to piece. Prices include VAT but not delivery and may change at any time without notice. If there is a pricing error on our website we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed at the correct price. We aim to keep stock status on our website accurate, but as we make items in small quantities there may be times when we cannot fulfil an order. If this is the case we will contact you a soon as possible.
